This mornings vibes

Sunday’s are my favorite day at the gym. Always feel at peace on a Sunday and get in the right mind set to push extra hard. This was a combination of my second leg day of the week and light core work. 

I started out with 5 minutes of functional stretching followed by:

  1. Leg press 3×10
  2. Box jumps 3×10
  3. Weighted step ups 3×10
  4. Walking lunges 3×10
  5. Russian twists 3×10
  6. Inverted mountain climbers on box 3×10
  7. Leg ups 3×10
