Throw out your treadmill-circuits are where it’s at

Circuit training is my ish lately💪🏻

Put 20 mins on the clock.

Pick a space like a racquetball court where you can sprint up and back several times, do jumping jacks, or alternating jumping lunges to keep your heart rate up the whole time. Feel free to improvise on this one.

Pick two exercises that you can alternate for the duration of the time. In between these exercises is when you will do the cardio piece.

For example:

Bicep curls x10

30 jumping jacks

Thrusters with 25 lb plate x10

30 jumping jacks

Bicep curls x10

30 jumping jacks

Etc.

As you get better and better at circuit training you can improvise even more. Add weight when necessary or do more reps. You can switch up what type of cardio you want to incorporate. The MAIN goal here is to keep your heart rate up, get a good sweat, and do as many rounds of this as possible.

This is based on a cross fit type workout and is awesome to incorporate into your routine a few days a week. Forget the treadmill and get your butt on the circuit train.
