Hope you are having a lovely day today. It is freezing af in philly today so I wanted to make a warm protein packed extra delicious breakfast to start my day. This recipe is SUPER easy with minimal prep and clean up time! Perfect for anyone who doesn’t have a ton of time but wants a breakfast that will kick start their metabolism and set them up for an awesome day.
Pre heat your oven to 375
Get a large mixing bowl and add ALL ingredients below into the bowl:
- 4 cups oats
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Mix all ingredients together and add to a muffin pan. This recipe yields 12 chocolate banana protein balls.
Bake for 20 minutes and let sit for 5. Eat warm out of the oven right away or put them in the fridge for a grab and go breakfast all week long !
