Hi beautiful people !

Just a quick reminder of good practices you can implement into your daily life to make 2017 everything you want it to be and more. 

  1. Start every single day with a grateful heart. Take some time in the morning to meditate or pray. Wake up a little earlier than normal and sit on the couch with coffee and really feel the world around you. Do something that inspires you in the morning. Do a power pose, apply a new shade of blush, do 50 jumping jacks, or dance around your bathroom to your favorite song. 
  2. Turn any negative into a positive all day long. Anytime you’re feeling down or negativity comes your way, combat it with positive thinking and happy thoughts. Try to smile at people more. Ask people at work how their weekend was. Radiate your positive energy and pass it on to everyone around you. Take time in the day to breathe deeply. 
  3. Before going to bed at night take ten minutes to write down everything you are grateful for. Your job, your family, your health, the birthday card you got in the mail, your fitness progress, your ability to see, hear, and breathe. Name everything you can think of. When that list is complete move on to things you want. Name both short term and long term goals. Visualize them. Feel them. Imagine what it would be like to attain them. 

These small steps will help you achieve basically anything that you want and desire in life. If you put positivity out into the universe you can and WILL manifest that energy into positive things. If you visualize the things you want they will find a way into your life. I encourage everyone to adopt this lifestyle and watch your life flourish into more than you could ever imagine.
